Q. I didn’t see my City\Town listed; can I get an oval decal for my city made?
Absolutely! We are happy to make up oval decals for any town, city, or other group. In all but our busiest times of the year, we can offer a 1-2 day production time. This means even custom orders ship in around three days. We add new ovals for places and things every day. If we haven’t gotten to your town yet, just let us know! Q. How are oval decals applied?
Our decals are known as “vinyl transfers”. Ordinary decals are usually screen printed on a piece of vinyl leaving a plastic type edge around the printing, or they are printed with a water base ink that fades quickly.
Our vinyl transfer decals are printed of a UV resistant, solvent based ink on a long life outdoor vinyl. They are applied by using a transfer method.
Decals are transferred onto your surface by way of transfer tape. This tape helps to apply the decal and is to be removed when the decal is soundly on the surface.
The decals come to you much like a sandwich. The bottom layer is a backing paper, the center is the decal, and the transfer paper is on top.
To apply the decal, you peel back the backing paper. This leaves the decal suspended on a piece of clear material (transfer tape) and exposes the adhesive side of the decal.
While holding on to the edge of the transfer tape, apply the decal to your clean dry surface. Use a credit card or other flat edge as a tool to remove any air trapped under the decal, rubbing from the center to the edge. Then slowly peel off the clear tape and your oval decal is ready to show your pride for years to come!
Q. I plan on placing the decals on the painted surface of a car. Will it cause a problem with the paint?
Great question! Even though the materials that we use are successfully placed on vehicles each and every day, we recommend that you not apply it to any painted surface. As with any painted surface it fades over time. It is only logical to assume that if one of our decals were removed after a being on a painted surface for an extended time the paint colors may not match. In addition, the adhesive may affect the color as well.
Q. Can I have an oval decal made for my group/neighborhood/church….etc?
Yes! Just let us know the name of your group and what you have in mind. We will be happy to produce your custom orders for you AND get them ready for shipping in under a week.
Q. How long does it take for you to ship my order?
The vast majority of our orders are sent out the day after they are received. We try to ship all orders, including custom orders, within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays.
Q. Do you accept checks or money orders?

Q. How long do your decals last?
Frankly, it depends on the application. You really have to take into account the part of the country you live in, where the decal is applied as well chemicals and salts it may come in contact with. We believe 3 to 5 years could be expected even though our vinyl and inks are rated for an outdoor life of up to 7 years.
Q. I love butterflies and would like one in an oval. Can you do it?

Q. I have several decals that I would like to purchase. Is shipping $1.00 for each or $1.00 for the entire shipment?
At OvalDecalsUSA.com, shipping is only $1 per order shipping anywhere in the WORLD including APO / FPO addresses!
Q. I would like an order shipped to an International destination. Can this be done?
Yes we can…for a shipping charge of only $1.00 per shipment!
Q. So your shipping costs are only $1.00…what does that get me?
Your package is shipped via USPS First Class mail. We are located on the East Coast in Jacksonville, FL. The closer you are to us, the sooner you get your package. Delivery could be from the next business day to 10 business days, depending on the time of the year.

Q. What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Checks and Money Orders. Sorry, we do not accept CODs.
Q. Do I need to add sales tax to my order?
If you place your order online the tax is added automatically if needed. If you mail of fax your order in, you will need to add a 6% sales tax only if the product is shipped to a Florida address. There is no tax needed if shipped elsewhere even if the order is placed in Florida.
